Ingredients:

Passion flower – hypnotic and sleep qualities that will ease your stress and calm your nerves

Valerian root – very hypnotic and relaxing

Chamomile flowers – digestive and calming

How to use?

Pour 12 ounces of boiling water over 1 tablespoon of tea. Steep for 7-10 minutes and drink.

Additional sleep tips:

Drink tea 2 hours before you are ready for bed. Stop any stimulating things like watching TV and being on social media. These will activate your mind and not put you to bed. Do things to help you go to bed like stretching or taking a hot bath.
