Why calm and digest tea?

Your stomach can feel bloated after a meal or your stomach can hold stress and worry. With the support of calm and digest tea, you can to feel calm and you can digest your food.

Dandelion root – liver support and releases liver heat

Chamomile – digestive, calms the nerves and can help with cramps

Orange peel – bitter and helps with bloating and cramps

Peppermint – digestive and anti-inflammatory

Milky oats – supports the nervous system

Skullcap – calms the nervous system, helps with anger and headaches

Ginger – diaphoretic, digestive and antiviral

How to use:  

Pour 12 ounces of water over 1 tablespoon of herbs. Steep for 7 – 10 minutes. Remove tea leaves and drink after a heavy meal or when you feel like you are carrying stress in your stomach.

Bonus. Take both hands, intertwine and rub over the belly in a clockwise circles. Do this 50 times while you are waiting for the tea to steep. This will support you to feel calm and help you digest your food.
